You can choose from tapered shades, where the top is narrower than the bottom, or our straight-sided drum and barrel shades. While some people use the terms "drum" for a deeper shade and "barrel" for a skinnier one, we focus on providing you with the exact dimensions you need.

Sometimes, a standard size just won't do. If you have a lamp base with unique dimensions or want something taller, we can create a custom lampshade just for you. Finding the Right Lampshade for Your Ceiling
If you're looking for a pendant or ceiling lampshade, we recommend choosing one of our straight-sided styles. These provide a clean, modern look and are designed to hang perfectly. To find the right size, consider the dimensions of your room. For example, a medium-sized bedroom often suits a straight-sided 30, 33, or 35. For a room with high ceilings, a taller shade like the straight-sided 40 or 45 can make a dramatic impact. We can also cut a custom height for you if you need a deeper shade than our standard options.

Want to add a little something special? We can line the inside of most of our standard lampshades with a brushed gold inner. This creates a beautiful, warm glow, bouncing a golden light from your lampshade and adding a touch of elegance to any room.
