Returns
We carefully check, wrap and package your order. Please contact us immediately if items arrive damaged, are not the product you’ve ordered, or are faulty. Please know that we will endeavour to put right any issues immediately.
If you decide the product you’ve purchased is not for you, you must contact Shades at Grays within 14 days of receiving your order. It will then be at the discretion of Shades at Grays to provide a refund or issue a store credit.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items will generally not be refunded.
Shipping
If your product needs to be returned it should be delivered to: Shades at Grays Ltd, 40 Grays Road, Plimmerton, WGN, Porirua 5026, New Zealand
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item and the product must be in its original condition for a full refund to be made.
Courier damage
If a product appears to have been damaged due to the actions of the courier, generally the courier company will pick up the damaged goods and investigate what happened.
