By repurposing this historic timber, we're giving a second life to a material that might otherwise have been discarded.

This stunning wood table lamp is a testament to sustainable design, combining timeless beauty with a respect for the environment.

The lamp has a gorgeous smooth top, a distinctive eroded pattern on the front and retained tar marks on the side. 

Choose a lamp that not only illuminates your space but also reflects your commitment to sustainability.

Each lamp is a unique piece, handcrafted with care and respect for the environment.

  • The dimensions of the lamp base are: height (including bulb) 28 cm; width 10 cm, length 20 cm.
  • Weight: 2.2 kg

The timber is jarrah, imported from Australia more than 100 years ago and used in industrial / rural environments where its toughness was respected.

Each lamp comes with its own written history.

The vintage E27 40W screw fit Edison light bulb, which comes with your lamp, has a life of about 1500 hours and can be easily changed for any number of similar bulbs that are widely available in New Zealand.

Each lamp is independently tagged and tested. It has a long lead and an in-line switch.

We recommend a maximum 40W bulb.

Your unique Edison table lamp has a felt pad on the base to protect any surface you choose to put it on.

Delivery

We have a $9.50 flat fee for delivery in the Wellington area, and a (free) click and collect service from Plimmerton, Wellington and Greytown, Wairarapa.

Delivery charges outside of Wellington will be calculated at check-out.

Deliveries to Australia may be subject to custom regulations regarding the importation of timber and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
