Our handcrafted tōtara table lamp is a timeless piece inspired by New Zealand's rural heritage. Crafted from a reclaimed tōtara fence post, this unique lamp features the wood's natural character, including its original barbed wire. (The sharp points have been filed down for safe handling).

Each lamp is finished with natural beeswax and paired with a replica Edison bulb, creating a warm and inviting glow.

With its rustic charm and modern appeal, this lamp is perfect for a variety of interior styles, from farmhouse to contemporary. The warm glow of the Edison bulb creates a cozy atmosphere, making it ideal for relaxing evenings or entertaining guests.

The history of the timber has been retained by leaving any surface marks, while exposing and polishing the beautiful grain.

The vintage E27 40W screw fit Edison bulb has a lamp life of about 1500 hours and can be easily changed for any number of similar bulbs that are generally freely available in New Zealand.

Each lamp is independently tagged and tested. We recommend a maximum 40W bulb.

Your Edison lamp has a felt pad on the base to protect any surface you choose to put it on.

With black fittings, this lamp has a long lead with an in-line switch.

Delivery

We have a $9.50 flat fee for delivery in the Wellington area, and a (free) click and collect service from Plimmerton, Wellington and Greytown, Wairarapa.

Delivery charges outside of Wellington will be calculated at check-out.

Deliveries to Australia may be subject to custom regulations regarding the importation of timber and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
