A classic William Morris design, beautifully handcrafted into a statement shade.

This large 50cm barrel lampshade is made from William Morris's iconic Strawberry Thief fabric in the Vellum Wandle colourway — a timeless Arts and Crafts design featuring birds, strawberries, and intricately scrolling foliage in soft navy, stone, and warm cream tones. Elegant, refined, and endlessly versatile.

This shade is in perfect, as-new condition. It was originally made to order but returned when it turned out to be the wrong size for its new home — which means it's now available at a special price, and very much your gain.

This shade is only suitable for a floor or table base (unless you like birds hanging upside down from a ceiling pendant lol ) At 50cm wide, it works beautifully for a substantial table lamp base or floor stand. The Vellum Wandle colourway suits both classic and contemporary interiors — particularly those with timber, linen, or natural stone.

Please note that the shade has 2 seams in it where I've had to join 2 pieces of fabric together to make it long enough. You can see how the 2nd seam, towards the back, looks in the photos. It casts a small shadow when the shade is lit.

Products are carefully packed for delivery using predominantly recycled packaging.

There is a $10.50 flat fee for delivery in the Wellington area. Click and collect is available from Plimmerton, Wellington or Greytown, Wairarapa.

For other regions, delivery charges are calculated at check-out.
