Bring a little garden-inspired colour indoors with this ready-made Velvet Bouquet drum lampshade, handcrafted by Shades at Grays in New Zealand.

Blue and yellow flowers mingle with layered green foliage, warm rust tones and a delicate butterfly motif against a pale background. The velvet texture adds richness to the detailed botanical design, creating a statement that would sit beautifully alongside timber, warm neutrals or soft green furnishings.

This one-off shade has been displayed at a couple of markets. It is generally in good condition, but the velvet has a slight crush line from transport. Please see the close-up photograph for this detail.

Measuring 35cm in diameter and 30cm high, it suits a medium-sized lamp base. A base around 30–40cm high is a useful starting point, with the overall shape and balance worth considering too.
