Crafted from 100 year old wharf timber this unique wooden table lamp exudes a vintage charm and enduring elegance. 

The natural beauty of the wood grain has been hand cleaned and enhanced with natural beeswax, leaving the top so smooth it’s impossible to resist touching it. The sides showcase the deep grooves or water erosion.

When lit by the classic Edison bulb, it casts a timeless, attractive ambiance. 

This lamp tells a story that spans more than a century. The timber used, Australian Jarrah, was imported and used for industrial purposes alongside other Australian hardwoods in late nineteenth-century New Zealand. 

Its practical size makes it a versatile addition to your space, whether gracing a bookshelf or adorning your mantelpiece.

The vintage E27 40W screw fit Edison light bulb, which comes with your lamp, has a life of about 1500 hours and can be easily changed for any number of similar bulbs that are widely available in New Zealand.

Each lamp is independently tagged and tested to ensure the electrics are safe. It has a long black lead and an in-line switch.

We recommend a maximum 40W bulb.

Your unique Edison table lamp has a felt pad on the base to protect any surface you choose to put it on.

Delivery

We have a $7 flat fee for delivery in the Wellington area, and a (free) click and collect service from Plimmerton, Wellington and Greytown, Wairarapa.

Delivery charges outside of Wellington will be calculated at check-out.

Deliveries to Australia may be subject to custom regulations regarding the importation of timber and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
